Daily Vitamin Intake and Liquid Vitamins

Insufficient daily vitamin intake can lead to a number of vitamin deficiency diseases. However, high doses of vitamins should be regarded as drugs rather than supplements, which will cause some potential health risks.

To keep people informed on the proper daily vitamin intake for both humans and pets and receiving the correct nutrition levels, the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academy of Sciences/National Research council publishes the Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA) for vitamins and other nutritional supplements based on scientific researches and clinical findings.

The correct daily vitamin intake of nutrients and calories an individual is recommended to consume daily to maintain good health is for the majority of the population.

Liquid vitamins and minerals can make this process very easy, and also makes it a lot more convenient to several classes of people and pets because of the ease of digesting compared to pills or capsules.

The Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) are a comprehensive set of nutrient reference values for healthy populations that can be used for assessing and planning diets.

DRI's replaced published Recommended Nutrient Intakes (RNIs).

Estimated Average Requirement (EAR) is the average daily nutrient intake level estimated to meet the requirement of half the healthy individuals in a particular life stage or gender group.

LIQUID VITAMINS

Recommended Dietary allowances (RDA) is the average daily dietary nutrient level sufficient to meet the nutrient requirement of nearly all (high 90 percent) healthy individuals in a particular life stage or gender group.

Recommended Dietary allowances (RDA) is the average daily dietary nutrient level sufficient to meet the nutrient requirement of nearly all (high 90 percent) healthy individuals in a particular life stage or gender group.

The Adequate intake (AI) which is the recommended average daily intake based on observed or experimentally approximations or estimates of nutrient intake by a group (or groups) of apparently healthy people that are assumed to be adequate and is used when an RDA cannot be determined.

Tolerable Intake Level (UL) is the highest average daily intake level that is likely to pose no risk or adverse health effects to almost all individuals in a general population.

As intake increases above the UL, the potential risk of adverse effects may increase.

There are several very good brands of liquid vitamin and mineral supplements in today's markets that can assist both humans and pets in meeting these requirements, as they also deliver only the required amount as recommended.
