Alzheimer Disease
Has been linked to oxidation damages
Alzheimer disease have been linked to oxidation damages to the brain. Liquid vitamins and minerals because of their 90% plus absorption ratio can help the antioxidant processes much more effectively than pills or capsules. Recent research evidence has showed that antioxidants protect the aging brain from oxidative damage linked to the disease process characteristic of this disease. Vitamin E is a dietary compound that acts like an antioxidant; in that it scavenges toxic free radicals. Free radicals have been linked to the disease process in Alzheimer causes, and this had lead to a lot of interest in the use of vitamin E to treat the disease.
Vitamin C is also another very promising vitamin. Also called ascorbic acid, Vitamin C is a water-soluble, carbohydrate-like substance.
Vitamin C controls such metabolic functions as the synthesis of collagen (a protein important in the function of healthy skin,
tendons, bones and the supportive tissues, and also helps in the healing process).
Because of the ease of taking and digesting liquid vitamins and minerals,
they are much easier for all age groups to take.
Unlike most animal life, we do not synthesize Vitamin C.
Since Alzheimer disease was isolated in 1928, this vitamin has played a major role in preventing scurvy; once an endemic disease that was characterized by debility, blood changes, spongy gums, and hemorrhaging in the tissues of the body.
LIQUID VITAMINS

A study recently published in January 2004 in an issue of Archives of Neurology has shown that using high-dose supplements of vitamins E & C in combination
has reduced the prevalence and incidence of Alzheimer disease in the elderly.
In this particular study, Vitamin E users that took an individual supplement of Vitamin E or a multivitamin containing more than 400IU of Vitamin E, and the Vitamin C users took at least 500mg of ascorbic acid daily.
The highest reduction in both prevalence and incidence of
Alzheimer causes was seen in individuals
that used vitamin E & C in combination. This study showed that there was no apparent benefits from using either vitamin C alone, or vitamin E alone, but rather the benefits came from taking them in combination. There are several very good and effective liquid vitamin and minerals and supplements in today's market.
